We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance to protect against loss or damage. Insurance coverage is available at an additional cost and must be arranged before shipment. Without insurance, our liability is limited as described above.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, port congestion, vessel delays, or government actions.
